Provide indepth technical and engineering information on products services and equipment responding to inquiries from various sources.
Establish and expand accounts by identifying potential customers and planning a strategic sales call schedule.
Prepare cost estimates by reviewing blueprints plans and related customer documentation and consult with engineers and other technical professionals as needed.
Analyze and recommend improvements by evaluating costbenefit ratios and proposing changes to enhance customer equipment processes or material use.
Process orders by working closely with technical support staff to manage engineering changes and costing.
Support customer development by offering technical information training and onsite assistance to enhance their understanding and use of our products.
Prepare and present detailed sales engineering reports summarizing sales activity technical trends and application insights.
Stay current in the industry by attending workshops reviewing publications and engaging in professional societies and networks.
Contribute to the team s success by addressing both short and longterm challenges providing strategic input and implementing directives for continuous improvement.
Requirements
