Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for efficiently coordinating schedules for our caregivers and clients, ensuring timely and effective delivery of personalized care services.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service.
Handle high call volume.
Communicate with Service Coordinators & Care Managers with any changes in schedule or condition of patients.
Staffing and restaffing new and existing patients.
Ensuring that all caregivers hired are assigned schedules as soon as possible.
Oversee and take ownership of all aspects of scheduling within HHA Exchange (HHAX)
Oversee aspects of clearing pre-billing (payroll) within HHAX
Create and maintain processes within the scheduling process for efficiency.
Afterhours/holiday On-Call rotation.
Manage and maintain schedules for caregivers and clients, ensuring optimal matches based on needs, availability, and preferences.
Act as a liaison between clients and caregivers, communicating schedule changes, updates, and addressing any concerns or queries promptly.
Coordinate intake processes for new clients, gather necessary information, and assess care needs to match them with suitable caregivers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of schedules, client preferences, and caregiver assignments using our scheduling software/system.
Handle scheduling conflicts or issues that arise, providing swift resolutions while maintaining a high standard of service.
Be on top of the caregivers Clock in/out via electronic visit verification.
Work closely with other team members, including caregivers, administrative staff, and management, to ensure seamless operations.
Ensure compliance with agency policies, industry regulations, and standards related to scheduling and care delivery.
Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or a similar role within a healthcare or personal care setting is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, caregivers, and internal teams.
Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail to manage multiple schedules and tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in using scheduling software/systems (HHA Exchange), MS Office Suite, or similar tools.
Compassion and understanding towards the needs of clients and caregivers, ensuring a client-centric approach to scheduling.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.69 - $20.63 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
