Scheduling Staffing Coordinator

Vita Blue Home Care is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! This is a great opportunity to work in a growing company with chances to earn bonuses in addition to your hourly pay.

What You’ll Do:

• Schedule caregivers to work with clients in Philadelphia, Delaware and Chester Counties based on their care needs.
• Answer and make phone calls to caregivers, clients, and team members.
• Keep records of all calls and scheduling changes.
• Solve scheduling problems by finding replacements for caregivers who call out or can’t work. The schedule for the next day and weekend must be finished before leaving work each day.
• Track caregiver attendance, schedule changes, and client feedback, and share important updates with the team.
• Work with the hiring team to make sure there are enough caregivers available.
• Ensure caregivers meet job requirements before assigning them to clients.
• Be available on-call for scheduling needs after hours and on weekends (on a rotating schedule).
• Help keep everything running smoothly so clients get the care they need.

What You Need to Have:

• At least two years of experience in staffing, scheduling, or customer service.
• Good communication skills and the ability to solve problems quickly.
• Experience in home care or healthcare is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to be on call during evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• A positive, team-player attitude and the ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.52 - $21.21 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
