Description
The Chief of Staff will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO in managing and scaling the organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills, a high degree of professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that the CEO's vision and goals are effectively communicated and executed across the company. Closely partnering with the executive leadership team on key operational projects to drive company growth and success
Key Responsibilities :
Operational Leadership :
- Work closely with the CEO to streamline and optimize operational processes across the organization.
- Identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency and implement strategies to address these areas.
- Ensure alignment of operational activities with the company's strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain an operational roadmap in collaboration with department heads

Travel Expectations : 40% both domestic and international. Active US passport required.

In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the compensation for this role is $175,000 to $250,000; however, Vita Inclinata Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education / training, and key skills.
