Job Summary:
The Human Resources Business Partner collaborates closely with the Vice President of Human Resources and the Senior Human Resources Manager to champion human capital strategies and initiatives. This role involves designing, implementing, and monitoring a range of Human Resources programs while proactively anticipating and planning for long-term Human Resources needs and industry trends.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Supports talent acquisition, recruitment processes, and succession planning initiatives to drive organizational growth.
- This position actively collaborates with the culture committee and employees to lead employee engagement initiatives, fostering and enhancing a high-performing organizational culture.
- Assists with performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Oversee the learning management system and coordinate all training modules to ensure effective delivery and completion.
- Manages the implementation and administration of HR-related programs and activities.
- Interprets HR policy and practices, offering expert guidance and support on various HR matters.
- Keeps up to date with industry trends and all federal and state employment laws and regulations, providing strategic recommendations for policy and program enhancements.
- Solves complex problems independently, taking a new perspective on existing solutions and exercising sound judgment based on analyzing multiple sources of information.
- Handles employee relations opportunities with expertise, providing solutions, coaching, and feedback to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Designs and delivers Human Resources-related training to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Administers and ensures compliance with leave policies, including FMLA, ADA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Advises employees and managers on leave matters with clear communication and professional guidance.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
- 4-6 years of Experience in healthcare/related field preferred.
- SHRM certified a plus.
