Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate across functional teams to optimize diagnostics and testability designs using model-based techniques.
- Develop diagnostics and troubleshooting strategies, testing, and analysis methods for complex problems.
- Interface with suppliers, subcontractors, and customers to integrate diagnostics and testability solutions at the system level.
- Provide cost-effective capabilities to detect and isolate faults in systems and equipment.
- Conduct design reviews and support verification and validation activities during fabrication, assembly, and test.
- Prepare presentation materials for senior management and internal/external customers.
- Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and costs to ensure successful execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 8 years of related experience.
- Familiarity with testability program activities as defined by MIL-HDBK-2165.
- Experience managing small teams, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in system architecture development and diagnostics modeling tools such as eXpress and Cameo.
- Knowledge of software development, testing activities, programming languages, and fault tree analysis.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and logic diagrams.
- Experience with complex military systems.
- Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methods.
