Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment, utilizing schematics and technical manuals.
- Assemble and install new kitchen equipment as required by clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Operate a box truck to transport tools and equipment to various job sites.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in kitchen equipment technology.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar field service role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to repair kitchen equipment effectively.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating a box truck is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
