• Evaluate patients to determine their need for occupational therapy and develop tailored care plans with regular assessments and progress monitoring
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and successful outcomes

Requirements:

• Valid Occupational Therapist License, current state driver's license, and automobile insurance
• Preferred candidate has at least one year of experience as an Occupational Therapist in home health, rehabilitation, or acute care settings
