Key Responsibilities
- Network Leverage & Sales Strategy: Utilize your established network, including strong relationships with CFOs, HR leaders, and benefits decision-makers, to identify and secure new client projects within the occupational health space.
- Engagement & Outreach: Execute diverse sales methods—including targeted mailings, strategic cold calling, and in-person meetings—to engage key decision-makers.
- Product Demonstrations: Organize and lead demonstrations of our AI-enhanced healthcare solutions to both new and existing clients.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with corporate financial and HR decision-makers, ensuring client satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with our technical and clinical teams to ensure smooth implementation and client success.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree required.
- Sales Expertise: Proven B2B sales experience; prior work in medical, occupational health industries, or healthcare brokerage is highly advantageous.
- Industry Relationships: Established relationships with CFOs, HR professionals, and benefits decision-makers are essential.
- Tech Savvy: An understanding of AI models and their applications in healthcare.
