HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR POSITION SUMMARY:

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing support to all company personnel. This includes administration of all human resources activities in compliance with company policy, standards of performance, and legal requirements. The Human Resources Coordinator must lead by example, adhering to all policies and procedures contained in the manuals issued by VitalCore Health Strategies, and collaborate with other recruitment and HR team members. This position will be responsible for maintaining all employee leaves, including workers' compensation, jury duty, bereavement, military leave, FMLA, and more. The HR Coordinator will provide support to both employees and managers throughout the leave process.


HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:


  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of work related experience or 4 years equivalent work-related experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of employee leave processes preferred.
  • Experience working with ADP or comparable HRIS software preferred.
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office.

HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR SCHEDULE:

  • Full-Time, Salary, Monday - Friday
