Coverage Area: 60047, 60010, 60021, 60050, 60051
Great pay at $72/hr ($2,880/wk) with weekly direct deposit!
HH RN Contract
Experience: 1 year Home Health RN experience
Charting System : EPIC (experience required)
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Patients typically have multiple comorbidities and can include (but not limited to): CHF, COPD, pneumonia, cancer, dementia, kidney disease, hypertension, fall, fracture, infections, cellulitis, post-surgical, wound care, ostomy care, labs, IV infusion, etc.
EPIC EMR charting, Sapphire IVs.

- Day shifts
- 8 hour shifts (8:00 am-4:30pm)
- some weekend rotation possible
- No on-call
