We are looking for friendly, outgoing team members looking for a great working environment and flexible part-time scheduling! As a Team Member, you are the face of the restaurant and get to create the experience for guests to enjoy fantastic tasting healthy food.
Team Member Responsibilities include:
● Communicate effectively with other staff to ensure that all orders are made correctly and in a timely way – be a team player.
● Be reliable, show up to scheduled shifts on-time and communicate scheduling conflicts in a timely manner.
● Have excellent customer service; be positive and polite.
● Assist customers by processing their orders at the point-of-sale, taking phone orders, and inputting third-party delivery orders.
● Prepare ingredients for all menu items according to proper procedures.
● Continuously uphold cleaning protocols throughout the café and lobby.
Requirements:
● Work with a basic computer, POS system; handling cash and credit cards.
● Must be able to stand for long periods of time, occasionally lift heavy boxes, move quickly, and have a sense of urgency.
● Maintain a clean and work appropriate personal appearance.
● Come to work with a positive attitude and are willing to work well with others.
