Vitality Bowls Shift Leader Job Description :

• Lead the team on daily operations, ensuring food is made accurately and in a timely manner.
• Display a thorough knowledge of our recipes and communicate effectively with other staff
• Have excellent customer service when processing their orders at the point-of-sale, taking phone orders, and inputting third-party delivery orders.
• Assist dissatisfied customers and ensure all customers are leaving happy.
• Communicate with manager / owner on inventory status and employee performance.

Pay : From $20.00 - $22 per hour

Work Location : In person

Requirements :

• Become food certified
• Must be able to handle a basic computer, POS system; handling cash and credit cards
• Follow health, sanitary, and safety requirements
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, occasionally lift heavy boxes, move quickly, and have a sense of urgency
• Leadership abilities
• Must be able to lead team on shift and make sure team is taking breaks and store policies during shift

Compensation : $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Vitality Bowls specializes in making delicious aa bowls, a thick blend of the aa berry topped with organic granola and a selection of superfood ingredients. Additional antioxidant-rich menu items include smoothies, juices, salads and more. No ingredient fillers such as ice, frozen yogurt, or artificial preservatives are used, giving the purest taste possible to each item.
