Vitality Senior Living of New York Mills is seeking a full-time Culinary Manger. The successful candidate would be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, cooking and supervising the activities of the culinary department to provide culinary services, therefore meeting professional standards, regulatory standards and the nutritional needs of the residents.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Leadership
- Food Production
- Safe Food Handling Skills and Practices
- Customer Service and Meal Presentation
- Receiving and Storage of Food Service Products
- Operation and Maintenance of Facility, Equipment and Appliances
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a culinary setting with a healthcare facility.
- Successful completion of Vitality’s general and department orientation program.
- Experience in working with older adults, preferred.
