ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations, refine procedures, manage workflows, and collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency and service delivery.
· Financial & Resource Management: Monitor budgets, optimize financial performance, and oversee cost-effective procurement and vendor management.
· Human Resources & Staff Development: Support HR in recruitment, policy enforcement, and staff training to foster a positive work culture.
· Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, oversee risk management, and implement quality improvement initiatives.
· Facilities & IT Oversight: Maintain safe facilities, coordinate IT security and efficiency, and protect client and staff data.
· Strategic Planning & Growth: Execute strategic initiatives, track industry trends, and drive organizational improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and workflow optimization.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in staff supervision and development.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of behavioral health regulations, HIPAA compliance, and accreditation standards.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking to drive operational decisions.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
- Office environment with regular exposure to computer screens and office equipment.
- Occasional interaction with clients experiencing emotional distress.
