We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Shipping Associate for our US office, based in Lenexa, Kansas.

As a Shipping Associate, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our respiratory diagnostic equipment and software products reach healthcare facilities, hospitals, and GP networks safely and on time. Working within our logistics team, you’ll be responsible for preparing, packing, and shipping orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and quality standards. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help support the healthcare providers who rely on our technology to improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Preparation: Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to order requirements, verifying accuracy and completeness.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock counts, inventory checks, and updating records in the warehouse management system to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Shipping and Labelling: Prepare shipping labels, print packing lists, and ensure correct labelling of all packages for domestic shipments.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before packing and ensure that all materials meet quality standards.
- Coordination with Couriers and Carriers: Schedule pickups with shipping carriers, track shipments, and communicate with logistics teams for timely delivery.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the shipping area clean, organized, and safe, adhering to company and OSHA safety standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and any shipping discrepancies, ensuring all paperwork is properly filed and accessible.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse or shipping environment is preferred, especially in medical technology or similar industries.
- Familiarity with warehouse management or inventory systems.
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and label printing.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and operate warehouse equipment as needed.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in order picking, packing, and documentation to maintain inventory and shipping accuracy.
- Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
