MEDICAL ASSISTANT - AESTHETICS
As a Medical Assistant at our Highland Park location, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences in the world of medical aesthetics. You'll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients in this vibrant community and provide support throughout their aesthetic journeys. Your day-to-day will include assisting with a variety of treatments, such as injectables, PRP injections, and laser skin resurfacing, while ensuring the treatment rooms are prepared and maintained to the highest standards. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that values client care, efficiency, and continuous learning, all while helping clients achieve their skin and body goals in a seamless, professional, and uplifting environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build relationships with clients to create excitement about our culture, services, and products, consistently exceeding their expectations.
- Ensure all client interactions are seamless, uplifting, educational, and beneficial.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of our services and products, sharing relevant information during client interactions.
- Prepare treatment rooms and materials for each appointment, ensuring all supplies and equipment are ready.
- Assist during cosmetic treatments, including:
- Neuromodulators (e.g., Botox, Dysport)
- Dermal fillers
- PRP injections
- Laser skin resurfacing
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and expected outcomes in a way that is tailored to their individual needs.
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked treatment rooms, adhering to all sterilization protocols.
- Clean and maintain all equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, notifying the appropriate team members when supplies are needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Assist the clinical team as needed to ensure smooth operations and client care.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Medical Assistant Certification (desired but not required).
- Previous experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or a medspa setting (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional client care.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the aesthetics industry.
