Requirements:
LPN license for MN state, BLS, ACLS certified by AHA and Co-vid vaccination card.
2 year experience as LPN Long Term Care required. Charge Nurse experience preferred. Monday - Thursday | (10:30PM-7:00AM) shifts
Note: Strict 80 miles radius rule applied. The candidate has to be at least 80 miles away from Pine River, MN.
