The Senior Director of Content Strategy and Brand will lead the development and execution of brand narratives and content marketing strategies. This role will be instrumental in shaping the company's public image and driving engagement with both internal and external audiences. Work on-site in our Corporate Miami, FL and Miramar, FL office. Hybrid schedule.

Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism
or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent; MBA is a plus.

- Develops and drives the brand narrative for all audiences (internal and external) and driving content marketing strategies
- Provides brand governance enterprise-wide
- Plays an active role in brand strategy/campaign planning meetings
- Provide strategic counsel on marketing campaign development, earned media activations, proactive and reactive media stories, and more
- Serve as public relations and communications lead
- Works with PR team to manage PR agencies; collaborate with them as part of planning process and execution of campaigns

Experience:
- 15 years’ experience in Marketing/Brand.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, content marketing, and public relations.
- Proven work on rebranding development and strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successful brand development and campaign execution.
