What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr Dir Content Strategy & Brand position at Vitas Healthcare?
All duties and responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with VITAS Healthcare Corporation’s policies, procedures, guidelines, contractual commitments, and governmental regulations.
• Develops and drives the brand narrative for all audiences (internal and external) and driving content marketing strategies
• Provides brand governance enterprise-wide
• Plays an active role in brand strategy/campaign planning meetings
• Provide strategic counsel on marketing campaign development, earned media activations, proactive and reactive media stories, and more
• Serve as public relations and communications lead
• Works with PR team to manage PR agencies; collaborate with them as part of planning process and execution of campaigns QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Experience:
• 15 years’ experience in Marketing/Brand.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, content marketing, and public relations.
• Proven work on rebranding development and strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successful brand development and campaign execution. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent; MBA is a plus.
