Job Responsibilities :
1. Deal Origination
- Identify the business development opportunities based on the acquisition criteria of
the buyers / PE investors such as domain, technology, etc.
companies matching the areas of business development. Approach the potential
leads through campaigning, mails, calls to pitch the M&A and equity funding
opportunities.
to approach and pitch the companies for sale side or buy side mandate.
2. Transaction management :
