Estimated Duration : 9 months with possible extensions
Work Setting : 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client
Required :
Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required);
Experience in business analysis and project management, specifically within software implementation projects;
Experience in project management with a focus on insurance or claims management systems;
Experience working with vendors and third-party contractors
Preferred :
Experience with Origami Risk platform
Responsibilities :
Lead the planning and implementation of the Origami Claims System;
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders;
Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing resources, timelines, work breakdown structures, risk mitigation and contingency plans;
Coordinate communication / meetings with stakeholders, team members, and vendors to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives and deliverables;
Utilize project management software to schedule tasks, track progress and allocate resources efficiently;
Work with subject matter experts and claims team members to gather business requirements and ensure vendor and claims team have a mutual understanding;
Lead project team members and establish an execution strategy to ensure successful delivery of project outcomes.
