Start Date : ASAP

Type : Temporary Project

Estimated Duration : 12 months with possible extensions

Work Setting : 3 days in office / 2 days offsite

Required :

Experience working as a Project Manager and Sr. Business Analyst;
Experience implementing Tyler Technology EPL or Accela Permitting software;
Experience with the implementation of a Permitting, Licensing, Code Compliance, Online Payment, and Electronic Plans Review project;
Experience Gathering requirements, business process mapping, and assisting w / the configuration, writing user guides, and testing of workflows;
Experience working in an Agile environment

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

Lead and coordinate the implementation of permitting, licensing, code compliance, online payment, and electronic plans review solutions;

Gather requirements, map business processes, and support configuration within the system;

Develop and document user guides, technical specifications, and user stories;

Facilitate testing and validation of workflows to ensure alignment with project goals;

Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment;

Oversee both project management and business analysis tasks to ensure timely delivery;

Provide ongoing support and updates on project progress and requirements.
