Mid-shift Replenisher

Job Summary:

Primary duties include Familiar with RF scanners and food distribution. Two years’ work experience required. Work in a chilled/freezer environment, Basic math skills, good listening, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of receiving and verifying products, Prior forklift/stand-up reach experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Must be able to utilize the functions of the warehouse management system in order to perform daily tasks.

· Verifies merchandise received against receiving documents, notes and reports discrepancies and any obvious damages.

· Performs daily counting and researching of discrepancies.

· Assists with inventory procedures as requested.

· Maintains a clean work area to help ensure that merchandise remains clean and to help prevent work related injuries.

· Must be able to work overtime when necessary.

· Have a good overall understanding of DC workflow and can work with minimal guidance.

· Follows all warehouse departmental procedures and company policies, including attendance.

· Transports incoming products to the proper temperature zones, racks product in proper slot location.

· Maintains quality control of all products; inspects for quality issues and expired code dates (perishable product); rotates product accordingly.

· Keeps all slots stocked with proper item.

· Maintains a clean and organized work area.

· Operates a Powered Industrial Truck. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Ability to read and understand the English language for the purpose of comparing and reading product descriptions, names and shelf labels.

· Must possess basic mathematical skills.

· Strong interpersonal skills: ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with others.

· Strong organizational skills; detail oriented.

· Ability to use good judgment in order to carry out detailed instructions.

· Ability to operate power equipment such as electric pallet jack, RF scanners, forklift.

· Must be a team player and demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving skills Maintain appropriate attendance standards.

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· At least two years’ related experience required.

· Certified on pallet jack.

· Certified on Standup reach.

Physical Requirements:

· Required to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit.

· Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

· occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs.

· The associate must be able to operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit aisles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
