We're looking for friendly, outgoing individuals to join our team as Front Counter Staff , ensuring every guest's first impression of Vitense Golfland is a great one!

Position Details :

Hours : 32-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM.

Note : We may consider multiple part-time positions during this timeframe for the right candidates.)

Location : Vitense Golfland, Madison, WI.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Welcome and greet customers as they enter the building.
  • Answer phone calls and provide accurate information.
  • Make activity and service recommendations tailored to guest needs.
  • Process payments for activities and services.
  • Become thoroughly familiar with all activities, services, and pricing at Vitense Golfland.
  • Provide guidance and answer guest questions about equipment, activities, and services.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints professionally.
  • Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor throughout your shift.
  • Requirements : Essential :

  • Strong oral communication skills.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
  • Preferred :

  • Experience with money-handling or customer service is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person!
