EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience required.
- A minimum of 4 years of progressive responsibility in the food and beverage industry is required.
- A minimum of 4 years of personnel management, including experience managing front-of-house staff such as Client Services Ambassadors (CSA).
- Proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Mathematical skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and interpret bar graphs.
- Advanced ability to read and interpret written information; write clearly and informatively; edit work for spelling and grammar.
- Advanced ability to speak clearly and persuasively in both positive and negative situations; listen and get clarification; respond well to questions; demonstrate group presentation skills; and participate effectively in meetings.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred for effective communication with a diverse team.

- Follow and enforce food and safety regulations.
