We are seeking a dynamic Energy Consultant to join our team. As an Energy Consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting energy efficiency solutions and renewable energy options to clients. Duties:
- Schedule consultations with clients to assess their energy needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Utilize sales techniques to promote energy-efficient products and services
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments in energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies
-Adhere to store policies and maintain a professional demeanor. This is a retail position and not traditional door to door sales.
Qualifications:
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to stand and walk for 4 hours at a time
- Reliable transportation is a must
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably in an outside sales environment is a plus
-Must be able to pass a background check
