Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Generate leads by cold calling, D2D, or utilizing company provided resources to schedule appointments.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments to address customer questions and provide detailed, personalized solar proposals.
- Participate in training and team meetings: Enhance your industry knowledge and earning potential through team building and mentorship.
- Team Player: Maintain a positive ATTITUDE to uplift your team to all reach their individual And team goals.
- Performance Tracking: Track and monitor your performance against company metrics to ensure goals are met.
Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience preferred, If not we require you to be coachable with a desire to learn new skillsets to ensure yourself rapid growth and success within this opportunity.
- 18 years or older.
- Willing to commit to becoming the best YOU in all aspects.

PLEASE NOTE: Our office is located near Pittsburgh PA and you will be required to meet there twice a week for ongoing sales training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
