Vitrek LLC is seeking an Electronics Assembly Specialist to join our team in Lockport, IL. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge Electrical Test & Measurement equipment.
Responsibilities include:
- Use of schematics, oscilloscopes, and other tools to troubleshoot PCB assembly to component level.
- 'Box build', testing, and calibration of Electrical Test & Measurement equipment.
- Repair, test, & calibrate customer units which have been returned for service.
- Production documentation, including repair database and inventory management.
- Customer communication regarding equipment performance and application assistance.
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of electrical and electronic theory.
- Reading schematics and effectively troubleshooting systems and circuit assemblies.
- Standard manufacturing processes and software applications.
- Multi-meter, oscilloscope, and other electrical test equipment usage.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
