Developmental or Neurodevelopmental Behavioral Pediatrician
Vitruvian Health is recruiting a Developmental or Neurodevelopmental Behavioral Pediatrician for the Anna Shaw Children's Institute at Hamilton Medical Center in Dalton, GA.
About the Position:
We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our comprehensive care team focused on providing direct, high-quality coordinated care to address the range of developmental and behavioral health challenges, medical complexities, and family therapy needs of children with developmental delays.
Responsibilities:
- Provide developmental-behavioral evaluations for pediatric developmental and learning disabilities, complex neurodevelopmental conditions, ADHD, genetic disorders, and other special healthcare needs.
- Closely partner with primary care medical home providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration, partnership building, and advocacy for children and families.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that prioritize family-centered care.
Requirements:
- Board certification or eligibility in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics or Neurodevelopmental Pediatrics.
- Demonstrated focus on family-centered care for a wide range of children with neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Possesses vision for the future of persons with disabilities in society.
- Interest in teaching and ability to work as a team member.
- Commitment to quality, patient safety, and overall excellence in evidence-based clinical care.
