The opportunity includes up to $10k sign-on bonus, seeking board certified/eligible EM physicians, and cross credentialing at Southlake Campus.
The practice is based at Methodist Hospital Northlake Campus in Gary, Indiana, and Methodist Hospital Southlake Campus in Merrillville, Indiana, which offer a range of services, including Behavioral Health Services, Cardiovascular Services, and Trauma Service.
