- 200-bed community hospital with a 32-bed Emergency Department
- Annual volume of 39k with a medium to high acuity patient mix
- Community Hospital - Munster, Indiana
- 445-bed hospital with 32 Emergency Department beds plus 15 hallway beds
- Annual volume of 70K with a 30% admit rate
- St. Catherine Hospital - East Chicago, Illinois
- 19-bed Emergency Department with a 10-15% admit rate
