Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the company's staffing needs. The successful candidate will collaborate with various Hiring Managers to understand talent requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth hiring process that aligns with the organization's values and goals. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in building a diverse, talented, and high-performing workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online platforms, social media, networking, job boards, referrals, and other channels, to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess applicants' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with the company.
- Interviewing: Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and Hiring Managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and candidate preferences.
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand and value proposition to enhance its reputation as an employer of choice.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Utilize the ATS to manage candidate information, track progress, and streamline the recruitment process.
- Job Offer and Negotiation: Prepare and present job offers to select candidates.
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the HR Manger to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Recruitment Metrics: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and optimize the hiring process.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to enhance the company's talent acquisition efforts.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Familiarity with recruitment practices, including candidate sourcing, screening, and selection techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
