We are looking for a Sr Workers Comp Adjuster looking to join a rapidly growing insurance organization dedicated to providing outstanding claims management services to ensure fair and efficient claims resolution for injured employees.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate, evaluate, and manage workers’ compensation claims from start to resolution.
Determine compensability based on policy coverage and state regulations.
Communicate with injured employees, employers, medical providers, and attorneys.
Coordinate medical treatment and return-to-work programs.
Analyze medical records, wage statements, and other relevant documents.
Negotiate settlements and manage litigation when necessary.
Maintain accurate claim files and documentation per legal and company standards.
Ensure compliance with state laws and company policies. Qualifications
Experience : 5 years as a Workers’ Comp Adjuster (required).
