Your Role
As Senior Director of Medical Spa Operations, you’ll be at the forefront of Viva’s growth, shaping its future as a nationally recognized brand for medical aesthetics and luxury wellness. Your expertise will ensure that Viva continues to exceed expectations, delight patients, and set industry benchmarks for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Lead and optimize operations across multiple med spa locations, delivering consistently exceptional patient experiences and long lasting results.
- Market Expansion: Build high-performing teams and oversee the seamless launch of Viva med spa teams in new markets, maintaining our reputation for clinical excellence and patient-first care.
- Service Innovation & Optimization: Optimize the treatment menu and introduce new, revenue-driving medical aesthetic services that deliver results.
- Financial Stewardship: Drive profitability by managing budgets, optimizing service mix, and maintaining a focus on both top-line growth and operational efficiency.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the executive team to define and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth, from sales targets to brand positioning and market expansion.
- Lead Dream Teams: Recruit, mentor, and inspire teams who deliver the uncompromising level of “unreasonable hospitality” Viva is known for, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and care.
