What You Will Do
- Greet clients with a welcoming and sophisticated demeanor
- Manage appointment scheduling and client inquiries with efficiency and discretion
- Handle phone calls, emails and administrative tasks with professionalism
- Maintain a pristine reception area that reflects Viva's luxury brand
- Process payments and assist with product sales
- Manage spa inventory
- Master Aesthetics Record, our medical records software
- Support the spa team to ensure seamless daily operations
What We Are Looking For
- Prior experience in a luxury spa, medical office or high-end hospitality setting
- Impeccable communications and customer service skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Familiarity with scheduling software and basic administrative duties
- A passion for wellness, beauty and client care
