Position Summary:
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience from check-in to check-out. In addition to front desk duties, you will guide patients through their treatment plans, discuss financing options, and help coordinate appointments to support optimal dental care.

This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong clerical skills, and a solid understanding of dental terminology and administrative tasks.
Duties/Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process.
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently using Denticon or similar systems.
- Handle insurance verification and communicate with patients regarding their coverage and benefits.
- Maintain accurate patient files, including care plans and treatment records.
- Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate staff member.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming for patients.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and optimal service delivery.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- 1 years of dental office experience preferred (front office or treatment coordination)
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures to assist in patient interactions.
- Excellent clerical skills including attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Ability to perform insurance verification processes efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
