We currently have an opportunity for a Member Engagement Coordinator at our Doral location.
Job Summary
The Member Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in connecting with potential members by initiating phone contact and scheduling VIP tours of our medical centers. This position is responsible for educating prospective members about our centers and the comprehensive services we offer. Through informative phone conversations and personalized tours, potential members will have the opportunity to experience our facilities firsthand and meet with our Benefits Coordinators team prior to enrolling as patients.
Job Responsibilities
- Handles inbound calls from potential new members that are initiated by local sales and marketing initiatives and campaigns that drive traffic into inbound phone lines.
- Maintains acceptable call metrics and performance standards, including effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.
- Handles inbound calls from potential new members generated from TV, marketing and events.
- Schedules VIP tours of our medical centers.
- Invites prospects to local community events as requested.
- Grows and nurtures potential members toward becoming new patients.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
