SPECIFICATION SPECIALIST
$80,000 25% OTE BONUS, COMPANY CAR, 401K, HEALTH INSURANCE, LAPTOP, CELL PHONE
NEW JERSEY/NEW YORK REGION, WITH NATIONWIDE TRAVEL
Vivant Consultants are currently working with a European systems manufacturer who are adding a Specification Specialist to their team, to be based out of the NJ/NY region with nationwide travel. This is an excellent opportunity for a specification sales professional to join an organization with a growing reputation in the US building envelope market.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for initiating pre-sales work with the specifier and developer
- Responsible for defining and implementing the Lunch & Learn process
- Work hand in hand with the sales team to help deliver on commercial targets
Technical Criteria:
- Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Building Physics, Construction Management
- Ideally a minimum 2 years of experience in either specification selling or working within the field of architecture or structural engineering; it may also suit a degree level entrant
- Understanding of energy standards, such as ASHRAE, LEED or Passive House
- Readiness to travel within North America, with overnight stays where required
Salary : $80,000
