Job Title: Accounting Manager (Temp)
Overview:
We are in search of an experienced Accounting Manager with a background in the manufacturing industry to assist for a period of 1-2 months. In the role of Accounting Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing all financial activities within the company, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with auditors, furnishing necessary information.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Manage cash flow and monitor overall financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Preference for experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Epicor is preferred, and advanced Excel skills are required.
- Financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
- Exhibit excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Knowledge of corporate accounting procedures.
PAY TRANSPARENCY: The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $40 - $60. Actual compensation will be determined by the hiring authority and may vary depending on qualifications and other factors relevant to the responsibilities of the role.
