Job Title: Finance Manager
Overview: We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with deep expertise in commercial real estate loans and financing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing financial processes related to real estate transactions and loan structuring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of loan closings, including lender due diligence, checklists, pre-boarding data entry, file maintenance, and post-closing tasks.
- Communicate with clients, lenders, counsel, and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Ensure timely and efficient loan closings by coordinating with Lender’s Counsel, Loan Officer, and Title Company to gather required documents.
- Maintain and organize borrower files, financials, and internal documents.
- Coordinate third-party reports (appraisals, etc.) and ensure timely delivery of required information.
- Manage information flow via SharePoint for internal and external stakeholders.
- Update and maintain internal electronic transactions and DRE files.
- Follow up on outstanding entity requirements and confirm authorized signers for documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
- 5 years of experience in commercial real estate finance or loan management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SharePoint. Software experience in Salesforce and MS Suite preferred.
- Knowledge of loan documentation and closing processes.
Compensation and Benefits: The estimated annual salary is $100,000 to $120,000, depending on qualifications and experience, with 10-15% bonus eligibility.
