Overview: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Data Entry Clerk to support our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with manual work and possess strong data entry skills. This role involves processing invoices, entering AR data accurately, and ensuring the integrity of financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and process AR data into the invoice module.
- Perform manual data entry tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Verify and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date records of accounts receivable transactions.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies related to invoicing and payments.
- Organize and manage documentation related to AR processes.
- Support internal teams with AR-related data requests.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in data entry or accounts receivable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
- Comfortable with manual data processing and high-volume entry tasks.
- Experience working with invoice modules in accounting software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
PAY TRANSPARENCY: The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $25 - $30. Actual compensation will be determined by the hiring authority and may vary depending on qualifications and other factors relevant to the responsibilities of the role.
