Billing Specialist

Join our casual, no-frills construction team! We’re looking for a Billing Specialist who’s organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. If you’ve got advanced Excel skills and a good sense of humor, you’ll fit right in!

What you get to do:

• Verify project billing details and due dates
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure timely and accurate billing
• Prepare and submit invoices (Textura, Procore, GCPay, or Corecon)
• Ensure all necessary documentation (AIA forms, lien releases) is included
• Follow up with clients to ensure invoice approval
• Maintain billing log and manage retention at project completion
• Assist with prevailing wage payroll reporting (LCPTracker experience a plus)

What we are looking for:

• Previous construction industry experience preferred
• Advanced Excel: must be comfortable with formulas, linking sheets/cells, and filters
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and team collaboration

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• construction industry: 3 years (Preferred)
• billing: 3 years (Preferred)
• Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Preferred)
