About Us:

We specialize in high-quality, custom golf apparel and accessories, using advanced embroidery and printing techniques. We are looking for an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team full-time.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain a Tajima embroidery machine to produce high-quality embroidered apparel.
- Set up machine parameters, including thread tension, hooping, and design positioning.
- Duties include hooping, stitching, trimming, and machine operation.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor repairs/adjustments as needed.
- Ensure embroidered designs meet company quality standards.
- Prepare garments and materials for embroidery, including hooping and backing selection.
- Maintain a clean and organized embroidery workspace.
- Assist with other production tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience operating a Tajima embroidery machine (Required).
- Strong understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret embroidery design files (DST format preferred).
- Experience with different fabric types and stabilizers.
- High attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time position (Monday–Friday, exact schedule to be discussed).
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
