What You’ll Do:
As an Account Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and delighting our clients. You’ll be the go-to person for managing the day-to-day flow of customer projects, keeping everything on track, and ensuring we exceed customer expectations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with Sales: Work hand-in-hand with the Outside Sales team and Account Manager to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Communication: Be the bridge between customers and our internal teams to ensure projects are executed on time and to the highest standard.
- Build Relationships: Help foster strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by providing excellent service and proactive communication.
- Grow Your Knowledge: Continually expand your expertise on our products and services—your growth is important to us!
- Support Sales Meetings: Participate in regular meetings to ensure projects are on track and all customer needs are met.
- Order Processing: Accurately enter estimates and orders, ensuring all details are correct for smooth project execution.
- Fast-Track Customer Support: Respond to all customer inquiries (emails and calls) promptly—same-day response guaranteed.
- Stay Organized: Utilize tools like email flagging and to-do lists to stay on top of tasks and deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Monitor customers' inventory levels and collaborate with Account Managers to ensure timely restocking.
