Patient Centered Sales and Outreach Coordinator

Job Summary
The Outreach Coordinator plays a vital role in communicating with prospective patients and converting them to actual patients.

We a re a cash based physical therapy practice that sells high quality women's health physical therapy services. Impeccable customer service skills are a MUST. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for women's health, quality healthcare, and comfort with selling high end healthcare.

Duties

• Call and contact prospective patients
• Manage patient inquiry information and have an organized system for contacting leads.
• Collaborate with team of providers and administrative personnel
• Conduct data collection and analysis to assess the effectiveness of outreach efforts and sales process
• Coordinate events, workshops, and contact with providers and referral sources
• Maintain accurate records of sales and inquiry process
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operation of facility during downtime

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, especially high end sales
• Strong background in customer service
• Extreme comfort with talking to patients on the phone and in person
• Open to feedback and improving systems
• Proficient in data collection methods and analysis techniques.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to educate diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with marketing strategies to promote programs effectively is desirable.
• A passion for improving healthcare especially women's healthcare

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
