Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced translational scientist to join our Translational Immunology team to support the expanding portfolio of small molecules targeting autoimmune diseases. The lab focused Scientist will be involved in executing translational studies, developing biomarker assays, and working closely with discovery research teams to advance our pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in immunology and a passion for exploratory translational research.
Requirements :
Essential Duties and responsibilities :
- Assist in designing and conducting translational studies to support project strategy.
- Develop and validate biomarker and functional assays to advance discovery programs.
- Stay updated on current scientific advancements to contribute to program strategies.
- Collaborate with discovery scientists to implement translational assays and align with program goals.

Pay & Benefits :
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $135,000 depending on relevant skills, competencies, experience, and education. In addition, this position is eligible for target bonus, long-term-incentives, 401k retirement savings plan with company match, and a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
