Summary:
Our Energy team is seeking a full-time Vivint Smart Home Fulfillment Specialist to make outbound confirmation calls to customers scheduled to be installed the next day and retain customers for installation.
This role will include working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment as we are revolutionizing the idea of Smart Energy by integrating Smart Home with Solar. You will work closely with higher-level leadership and understand the different partnerships we manage. This will require flexibility and being able to adapt to changes as our business continues to grow.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Confirm installation appointments the next day by call or text
- Ability to maintain service levels and confirmation metrics
- Help to retain customers who have canceled or have fallen off the schedule
- Maintain relationships with our Field Ops and Indirect Partners
- Work closely with higher-level, internal leaders for Sales Blitz planning and/or tagging installations to a specific technician
- Report on trends and data to internal leaders
Required Skills/Experience:
- Able to maintain an engaging energy and enthusiasm with our potential customers
- Excellent communication skills, in person, over the phone, and written with external and internal partners/leaders
- Comfortable engaging directly with customers, including problem-solving and retention conversations
- Competitive spirit with experience contributing to team culture, including positivity, high performance, ownership, teamwork, and accountability
- Ability to quickly adapt to change
- Proactive problem-solver
- Sales or retention experience preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
