Working at our sprawling corporate headquarters (located on the boarder of Provo and Orem Utah, near the mouth of Provo Canyon) you will take on the role of NIS Assistant Sales Manager. You will, motivate, inspire and encourage our NIS Sales Professionals to reach out to customers with a professional, energetic and compliant manner. You will make sure your team is prepared and engaged on each lead as we are in a continuous quest for sales conversions and improvements. You must be able to effectively communicate with you team, manage your time well and act in a professional manner. This is a Full-time position with flexible hours Monday through Thursday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Responsibilities:
• Setting daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly goals foe sales team
• Conduct Performance Coaching such as live-call monitoring & monitor daily KPI’s
• Provide a positive, energetic floor presence
• Submit frequent reporting updates to team members and Managers
• Responsible for one on one trainings, kick off & closing out meetings, and compliance training
• Run team incentives

Qualifications
Required Skills:
• Highly energetic, persuasive, honest, empathetic, and self-motivated
• Able to repetitively overcome objections from potential customers.
• Decision-making, problem resolution and creative problem-solving skills
• High school education or equivalent.
• Prior sales experience (preferred, not required)
• Prior management experience
