Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business functionality for SAM.gov or FPDS.gov domains relevant to the task order.
- Facilitate effective written and verbal communication to convey requirements and project updates to stakeholders.
- Use business process modeling to map interconnections between users, processes, and systems for improved clarity and functionality.
- Conduct data analysis to support informed decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Leverage IT knowledge to recommend technology solutions that enhance business processes.
- Utilize relevant software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and diagram tools, to support business analysis tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of SAM.gov or FPDS.gov domains, with the ability to apply this knowledge to project requirements.
- Proficiency in software applications such as word processors, spreadsheets, and diagramming tools.
- Solid foundation in IT, with an understanding of how technology can drive business process improvements.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a business analyst or in a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively convey project needs and findings.
